Is It A Boom Or A Doom?

It may look too simplistic to say that recession is only one half of the cycle the other half being the boom. The weakening of the dollar and the huge spurt in the petroleum products in this period of recession did not help matters any way. May be the over spending in defense preparedness and security- an unavoidable necessity considering the times we live in- and artificial inflations in the stocks and real estate market further hastened the fall of the economy. Interestingly no country in the world was spared of recession in this period, thus raising hopes of a turn about sooner.
